Activating your license

  • Your license key arrives by email after purchase. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up within a few minutes.
  • Paste the key into the plugin when it asks. Each license works on up to two computers.
  • Need to move a license to another email? Log in and use your dashboard.

Each plugin's page has the install steps for its app: After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Refunds

To ask for a refund, email us from the address you bought with and include your order details. We reply to each request.
